The Cano Cristales is a mysterious river in Colombia. It can be called the most bright, colorful, psychedelic river. The variety of landscapes and colors of the Cano Cristales is so huge that it is impossible to count how many shades this river has. The Can Crystales is in the mountains of Colombia, in De La Macarena and many people believe that it is the most beautiful river in the world. Some people can argue, but others can agree. But there is no doubt that this is the most mysterious river. If you come in a dry season, you will not find a river - just a dry riverbed. If you come here in  spring, in a rainy season - you will see a stormy current, washing everything away on its path. But if you catch the moment and arrive at the very beginning of spring - the river Cano Cristales will appear before you in all its splendor, shimmering with all the colors of the rainbow.

The river and river rocks are covered with green and brown moss and seaweed throughout the year. At the beginning of a rainy season, algae receive the necessary amount of moisture and sun to turn around with all the colors of the rainbow, from red, yellow and pink to blue, green and black.
